The knife assembly module toii®.Cut is used by steel service centers that use slitting lines to precisely cut slit strips from coils. toii®.Cut automates the knife calculation and creation of knife construction plans.

Toii®.Energy enables continuous energy measurements to be carried out in order to keep an eye on energy consumption at all times. The data obtained can be used to identify peak loads and as part of a mandatory energy audit.

toii®.Fusion interprets and visualizes collected machine data. The data is combined with external data and makes production performance visible on dashboards. All relevant data can be displayed on any web browser.

toii®.Collect collects data from the machines - ranging from simple devices without programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or older machines with user-defined interfaces to modern, IoT-enabled machines.

toii®.Control is the integration module for the automation and control of all machines. Machines are connected bidirectionally, processes are automated and data flows in the factory are controlled.

External systems can be connected to the toii® platform with toii®.Integrator. These are usually ERP systems, for example, but other data sources and sinks can also be connected. Both read and write communication is possible here.
